The Seven courtyards were our very first apartment built. Located in Jemo inside our 50,000 square meters estate, it constitutes 220 apartments in seven different buildings. Fully Completed in 2017, we are honored to have it inaugurated by her Excellency Mayor W/ro Adanaech Abiebie. In February 2021.
Tracon Field Side apartments come with such high ceiling making the apartments more luxurious and giving it a brighter setting. These apartments range from three to five bedrooms and include a spacious common area with a wide corridor and balcony.
Currently under construction, The Hill side is our tallest apartment yet with two basement and 30 stories high. Built in the same compound as The Seven Courtyards and The Field Side, The Hill side is located by the Hachhalu Hundessa highway.
